Manufacturers may change product packaging, artwork, specifications, or other details without notice. Product images may occasionally be illustrative or preliminary, particularly for preorder products.

If a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Product Authenticity

More Than Games is committed to offering genuine products sourced through manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and other legitimate commercial channels.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized products.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, characters, and product artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website identifies products offered for resale and does not necessarily indicate sponsorship or direct affiliation.

5. Trading Cards and Randomized Products

Trading card products may contain randomized contents.

Unless expressly guaranteed by the manufacturer or product description, purchasing a booster pack, booster box, hobby box, collection box, or similar product does not guarantee any particular:

  • Card

  • Character

  • Rarity

  • Autograph

  • Parallel

  • Insert

  • Serialized card

  • Pull rate

  • Monetary or resale value

Not receiving a desired card or collectible does not make an otherwise correctly supplied product defective.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be disclosed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory. Trading card and collectible products may have limited quantities and can sell out quickly.

If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

11. Preorders and Presale Products

Products identified as preorder, presale, or coming soon are offered before their expected release or availability date.

Release dates and allocations may change for reasons outside our control. Preorder purchases are also governed by our Pre-Sale Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

An order confirmation does not guarantee that a manufacturer or distributor will supply the originally anticipated allocation.

If we cannot fulfill a paid preorder, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund for the affected product.

12. Shipping

More Than Games currently ships within the United States according to the conditions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information may be provided after an order has been prepared for shipment.

A shipping label may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. Tracking information may therefore take time to update.

Customers should promptly review tracking information and contact us if they identify a delivery problem.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Factory-sealed products must generally remain unopened, unused, and factory sealed to qualify for a standard return.

Opened trading card products are normally final sale because of the risk of tampering, resealing, product substitution, and pack manipulation.

Different procedures apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

15. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect product, contact support@morethangamez.com and include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping box, packaging, and shipping label

Keep the product and all packaging materials until we complete our review.

16. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, any eligible return must follow our Refund and Return Policy.
