This California Privacy Rights notice supplements the More Than Games Privacy Policy and applies to California residents when the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to our processing of personal information.

More Than Games does not intend to use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about customers.

7. Global Privacy Control

Where required, More Than Games recognizes supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of applicable sales or sharing for the browser and device sending the signal.

A GPC signal may not apply to another browser, device, or customer account.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Your California address or confirmation that you are a California resident

  • The email address associated with your account or order

  • The specific right you wish to exercise

  • Relevant order or account information, if applicable

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, security codes, or sensitive identity documents through ordinary email.

9. Identity Verification

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Verification may include confirming information associated with your:

  • Account

  • Order history

  • Contact information

  • Previous interactions with More Than Games

The information required for verification will depend on the nature and sensitivity of the request.

If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill the request.

10. Authorized Agents

A California resident may authorize another person or registered agent to submit a request on their behalf.

  • Verification of the customer’s identity

  • Direct confirmation that the customer authorized the agent

13. Financial Incentives

More Than Games does not currently offer a financial-incentive program based on the collection, sale, or sharing of personal information.

If we introduce such a program, we will provide the required terms and notices before enrollment.

14. California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes where applicable.
